We entered the market when truffles were hard to find; in fact, the only place we could find some in London was at Harrod’s behind a glass window. We decided to make that noble product more accessible and trade it in the Italian tradition.

It all begins with an idea between two brothers passionate about food. Having worked in restaurants for many years and have fallen in love with Borough Market, where all the best traders were fighting over a spot, they took a risk by going into the truffles business, the rarity of that product on the UK market secured them a long-term spot, and they have been trading ever since.
