Gnocchi with Gorgonzola & Truffle Sauce

-Put a frying pan on low heat and add the Gorgonzola and truffle sauce.

-Once the water is boiling, add your gnocchi until they rise to the surface, remove them from the heat and drain.

-Add gnocchi to your sauce and mix thoroughly; add some grated black pepper.

-Slowly heat the gorgonzola and truffle sauce in a pot/frying pan.
